I didn’t step onto a snowboard until I was 45, all because my son David wanted to learn and it ended up changing my life. We started together at Mountain Creek in New Jersey, and I never looked back.
What I found wasn’t just a new sport, but a whole new community. Snowboarding gave me friendship, camaraderie, and a crew of like-minded riders who feel like family.
When I’m riding, my mind is clear. Everything melts away. I feel free, present, and genuinely happy in a way nothing else gives me.
I’ve traveled all across the U.S. chasing snow, but Killington, VT is my home base. Most winter weekends you’ll find me there with my crew—laughing, sending it, and celebrating this incredible life snowboarding brought into my world.
