Do I need to pay a fee for returns?
No — returns are free. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days from our headquarters in Worcester, Massachusetts.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping via USPS takes 3–5 business days once your order has shipped.
Where is my order shipping from?
All orders are shipped directly from our Worcester, MA headquarters.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the USA. International shipping is in the works — subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.
If I received an error with my order, what do I do next?
Email us at sales@tillidie.com with your order number and details. Our team will resolve the issue quickly.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package in real time.

Most of our gear is released in limited drops. Once it’s gone, it may not come back — so grab your favorite styles while they’re available!

Is there a store where I can pick up my order?
Currently, all orders are shipped directly from Worcester, MA. We do not offer in-store pickup at this time.
