All purchases ship via USPS with Standard Shipping (3-5 business days).

Making a purchase

While browsing our online store, you can add products to your cart. Once your selection is complete, you'll be guided through the checkout process, where we collect the necessary details to complete your order.

Order confirmation indicates we, along with our suppliers, have received your order. However, it does not signify a contract between us. We include this provision to protect us in case of pricing errors or if a product becomes unavailable. In the event of a price change, we will contact you to confirm if the revised price is acceptable.

Returns & exchanges

First off, thanks for repping Till I Die! Your support means the world to us.

We stand behind our gear with 100% passion, and we want you to love it. If you're not 100% satisfied, we’ll fix it or die trying. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note: gear that’s visibly used or worn cannot be returned or refunded.

If we made an error with your order (wrong product, size, color, etc.), we'll take care of everything.

For returns or exchanges that are not due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original, marketable condition.

Pre-Order Policy

Some Till I Die products are offered as pre-orders. When you pre-order, you’re reserving limited-run gear that’s still in production.

Payment is collected in full at checkout to secure your spot in the production run. Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page and may shift slightly depending on production timing.

You can cancel your pre-order anytime before it ships for a refund (minus processing fees). Once your order ships, our standard return policy applies.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we’ll ship the in-stock items first and the pre-order items separately as soon as they’re ready.

We’ll keep you updated by email as your order moves through production and provide tracking once it ships.

Security

Credit card transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, or PayPal Express. All transactions are encrypted using 128-bit SSL encryption and are never stored in plain text.
